RoleAbroad is the trading name of the sole proprietorship owned and operated by Gurpreet Singh.
1. The service
RoleAbroad supports Indian professionals seeking work overseas. Depending on the plan agreed with you, support may include profile review, CV and positioning advice, country-specific employer and role research, application preparation or submission support, and updates from a dedicated manager. We provide consulting and administrative job search support. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, immigration adviser, visa agent or government authority.
2. No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee a job offer, interview, employer response, sponsorship, visa, salary level or completion date for a hiring process. Employers decide whom to interview or hire, and government authorities decide immigration matters. We will not ask you to pay an employer, government body or third party on our behalf unless a separate charge is clearly disclosed and approved by you.
3. Registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information about your identity, qualifications, experience, work authorisation and target countries. The ₹299 registration fee covers an initial profile review and consultation workflow. If you later purchase a package, the ₹299 is credited against that package price. Registration does not oblige you to buy a package and does not promise that every market or role will be suitable for your profile.
4. Plans, scope and price
Indicative plan prices and activity volumes are displayed on the website. Before any package payment, we will explain the selected countries, services, application target, duration, total fee, taxes if applicable, and reporting arrangement in a written proposal or order summary. The agreed written scope controls the package. Material changes to the scope or fee require your agreement. There is no automatic renewal unless you expressly agree to one in writing.
5. How we work together
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of information and documents provided to us, responding to reasonable requests in time, and telling us promptly about changes in your availability, qualifications or target markets. We may pause work if essential information is missing or if an application would contain false or misleading statements. You authorise us to use your approved profile information for the agreed job search and, where the plan includes submissions, to share it with relevant employers and application platforms. We will not knowingly submit an application using information you have said is inaccurate.
6. Timing and communication
We aim to acknowledge a confirmed registration within two business days and then arrange the initial conversation by mutual availability. Package work begins after the written scope and payment terms are agreed. Job openings, employer systems and country requirements can change; we will tell you if this materially affects the agreed search and discuss a practical adjustment. See service delivery for the process and cancellation and refunds for your options.
7. Payments
We show the amount payable before asking you to complete a payment. Online payments, once enabled, will be processed by a payment provider; RoleAbroad does not ask you to send card details by phone, message or email. Keep your payment confirmation and contact us promptly about a duplicate charge or an amount you do not recognise. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown in the payment or invoice details.
8. Your materials and our work
You retain ownership of the CV, profile and other materials you provide. You allow us to use them as needed to deliver the agreed service. You may use the tailored documents we create for your own job search. Our research methods, templates and internal tools remain ours unless we expressly agree otherwise.
9. Complaints and changes
Contact us through the details on the contact and grievances page if something has gone wrong. We may update these website terms for future orders. The terms and written scope that applied when you purchased a service will continue to govern that order unless you agree to a change. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.
